Return and Refunds

We offer a 20 day Satisfaction Guarantee return policy on all items located in the “Graded” item product category. “Graded” items need to be returned in the original packaging, holder and condition that they were delivered in.

For Bullion items,
We really strive to obtain 100% customer satisfaction. Bullion Items can be exchanged or returned within (3) business days of delivery and only in accordance with our Market Loss Policy and any applicable policies or procedures located in our Terms and conditions page. To obtain authorization to return a bullion product, please email us at contact@spotlockbullion.com for instructions.

For any other product category, we offer a 30 day refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

 

For purchases that were paid for using credit or debit card, returns will be subject to 3.5% of total purchase price to offset transaction fees that we paid to process the transaction. This may be waved at our discretion and under limited circumstance.

 

Return shipping and insurance are customers responsibility.
